Mr. Robert D Burgon, Chairman of World Plumbing Council (WPC), is Director of the Scottish & Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers' federation (SNIPEF) - Edinburgh. During his career, Mr. Burgon has represented SNIPEF in a wide range of committees, within the UK and overseas, including the European Plumbing Contractors' Organization. As Chairman of the World Plumbing Council, Mr. Robert Burgon is all set to take this global body of plumbing professionals, to the next higher level.
