Er. O. P. Goel worked in the construction department of Government of India for 34 years and retired as its Head in 1993. After superannuation from Government have been working as Advisor to various organizations on project management and chairing committees on infrastructure. He enjoys the status of highest ranking engineer of Government of India and advisor to the government in all construction matters. He is responsible for planning, designing, construction and management of all projects, buildings and other assets located within the country and abroad. He is associated with numerous professional bodies, including Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Building Congress, Indian Roads Congress, Indian Council of Arbitration, Indian Institute of Technical Arbitrators. He is a member of International Centre for Alternative, Dispute Resolution (ICADR), and Dispute Review Board Foundation (USA).
