Mr. Bipin Chand is Head of Construction of Real Estate Projects, Jaiprakash Associates Limited, Noida. He is fully committed to planning and designing, construction and interiors of numerous projects related to residential towers, hospitals, hotels, corporate office, schools, colleges, master plan service, etc. In 1973, Mr. Chand graduated from Delhi College of Engineering. In the initial years of his profession, he joined as Assistant Executive Engineer in CPWD in 1975 and voluntarily retired as Chief Engineer. At CPWD, he has worked in various capacities, including Planning, Construction & Maintenance tenures. He has handled many important projects from concept to completion. During his tenure in CPWD, he served in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and West Bengal.
