Mr. Blane Judd is Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE) - UK. A Chartered Engineer by qualification, Blane has a long-spanning experience with the building services engineering sectors like electrotechnical, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refregerating and plumbing. Executive Board Member (2008-11) of the World Plumbing Council, he   is also associated with many industry bodies in UK .
