Dr. Parmesh Chandra, IAS a renowned and senior administrator, is a member of Indian Administrative Services since 1973. He had been Collector of Kota and Sikar districts. He had been assigned very responsible posts like Medical & Health, Education, PHED, Urban Development, Rural Development, etc., where he proved to be an able administrator. In PHED his role and contribution towards the World Bank projects, Gol schemes and local control of the system is still remembered. Currently, he is Additional Chief Secretary (Control) Medical, Medical Education, and Tribal Area Development Departments. He is doing a remarkable job for the upliftment and creation of job opportunities for development of tribal of Rajasthan.
